The XP Service Pack is available on CD for $10. The download is 140 = megabytes, so if you don't have a high speed Internet connection = downloading is rather impractical. They all seem = to have a=20 switch these days to allow you to "block mail with possible virus/worm=20 attachments" Some of these do nothing more than delete the attachments = so you=20 can't possibly get an attached worm.
