Dick,
Bet you defined the reason why see lost the systray icon in the first =
place. She or someone may have unchecked within the msconfig.exe =
program..
She should first check their to see if it has been unchecked. =20
Process is:
Start, Run, type in "msconfig.exe" (without "") and then=20
locate the Startup tab on the top of the screen.=20
Then look for a reference to systray.exe and the check box.
Also on the "General" tab make sure that the box is properly marked to =
use the startup items.

I couldn't leave you with an untested solution to your problem. It is =
now tested and it works ok. I used msconfig to turn off the system tray =
and while it was off I used systray in the start up folder to run it and =
sure enough, all the missing icons in the system tray came back.
