Bet you defined the reason why see lost = the systray=20 icon in the first place.   She or someone may have unchecked = within=20 the msconfig.exe program..
 
She should first check their to see if = it has been=20 unchecked. 
 
Process is:
Start, Run, type in "msconfig.exe" = (without "") and=20 then
locate the Startup tab on the top of = the screen.=20
Then look for a reference to = systray.exe and the=20 check box.
 
Also on the "General" tab make sure = that the box is=20 properly marked to use the startup items.

I couldn't leave you with an untested = solution to=20 your problem. It is now tested and it works ok. I used msconfig to = turn off=20 the system tray and while it was off I used systray in the start up = folder to=20 run it and sure enough, all the missing icons in the system tray came=20 back.
