<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">I know I've posted before about the upcoming officer elections asking for your help so I'm hesitant to do so again. But the circumstances are unusual. We haven't had any new volunteers offer their services so several of the positions risk going unfilled. The main thing this would mean is that the organization would continue to operate, but in a bare bones capacity.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Not having a projects director would mean that PCV projects would have to be analyzed collectively by the board, slowing the process down and meaning that fewer volunteer projects would be looked at and funded.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Not having a web admin or communications director would mean that the blog and our award winning website would be updated sporadically at best.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Not having a GPS (Guinea Parent Support) administrator would make it much more difficult for PCV parents to network and otherwise communicate with each other.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Not having a secretary to coordinate board activities would put even more of a burden on the few remaining other officers and make them less effective.<BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"><BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">If all these positions remained unfilled, what would remain is the basic infrastructure needed for the organization to survive but without any of the interesting stuff that make it worth being a part of in the first place.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
