[Guinea-list] Help out with the FOG newsletter!

Hello Friends of Guinea!

Congrats and thank you to Mackenzie Dabo for taking over
the job of Newsletter Coordinator, which had been filled by
Woody Colahan since FOG was founded.  Mackenzie would like
some assistance with the newsletter.  All kinds of
assistance, such as writingor gathering articles and news,
is appreciated.   

In particular she would like someone to help with
distribution of the newsletter. This is a task that only
comes up every three months and would take a
few hours of your time.  Please consider joining our ranks
to help get this important publication out!  Reply to me or
to Mackenzie (at newsletter at friendsofguinea.org)

Here is a job description: Newsletter Distribution
Manager/Assistant: A volunteer
is needed to take over printing and distribution of the
quarterly Friends of Guinea "CaVa?" Newsletter. A final
electronic version of the newsletter will be forwarded to
this individual, who will work with a local print shop to
make paper copies, apply labels and postage, and mail paper
copies. The distribution manager will also send an
electronic copy of the Newsletter to a distribution
list. The distribution manager will receive money from the
FOG treasurer for printing and postage costs, and will have
the once annual duty of updating the distribution list.
