Hello Friends of Guinea,

I am looking for someone in the NY/NJ region who is fluent in both
Maninke / Malinke / Mandingo and English to translate for an asylum
seeker who is currently being held in detention in Elizabeth, NJ.

The initial time commitment would be approximately 3-4 hours one day
next week (preferably the morning), and we are able to reimburse the
interpreter. There is a possibility of additional work for the
interpreter if we decide to accept the applicant's case.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested and / or
available, or if you have suggestions of interpreters.

Thanks very much!
