[flow-tools] flow-tag connodrum?

yup. the 192.168.185.0/24 packets are remain untagged even if i can see
with my very two eyes that match. can ask in what particular source code 
file is this checked? so that i can try to debug it.

i removed the filters and nothing changes. the output is exactly the same. 
this is also partly because the router does not handle Internet but only an 
IPL to a remote office.
