[flow-tools] time in flow-data wrong?

i started looking at the date and time of my netflow data and saw that the 
date seems to be wrong. the date collected at ft-v05.2002-05-17.164315+0800
is reported as 1993/03/15 05:00:35. i checked the router and the time seems to 
be right. although, the timezone if off i still can't see why the year is 1993?
