[flow-tools] flow-capture problem

FYI, you may want to check your syslog configuration.  flow-capture 
will log that error before exiting.

Apr  3 00:00:10 char flow-capture[29468]: chdir(/tmp/flows): No such file or directory

or

Apr  3 00:01:38 char flow-capture[29485]: mkdir(2002): Permission denied
Apr  3 00:01:38 char flow-capture[29485]: ftfile_mkpath(2002/2002-04/2002-04-03/tmp-v05.2002-04-03.000138-0500): Permission denied

or 

Apr  3 00:01:02 char flow-capture[29477]: chdir(/tmp/flows): Permission denied
