[flow-tools] 6500/sup2/version8

CatIOS version 8 exports are different from IOS version 8.  flow-tools 0.55
does not support the new formats.  I did the packet decode work for this
a while back but it never got integrated in.  Probably will be in 0.56,
but I've been bogged down with other work the past month and haven't had
much time for coding.
