[AGL] cheap home delivery

Ordering food for home delivery from H-E-B I discover they have lowered 
their delivery charge from $10 to $5. How long that charge will last I 
do not know. If you do not want to tip the delivery person, you may 
lower the recommended tip to $0.00.  It is up to H-E-B to pay their 
delivery people a fair wage and not depend on customers to pay them.

P.S. H-E-B is a privately owned family business worth according to what 
I read in the many billions. As grocery stores go, they are the best I 
know of. I remember Kash 'n Karry, Big Bear?
