[AGL] Cabbage sprouts garnish a vegan meal.

There is a sprouting kit sold on the Internet. I got the smallest version
to get a look at it.

The system works with a bottom container to fill with water in contact with
“blankets of seeds in sections that are covered for a day or so and they
start sprouting. At that point you peel off the top paper layer.

After a few days you can harvest the sprouts with a scissor and use them on
your salad or to garnish your meal.

They give you a choice of seed varieties but my favorite turned out to be
broccoli. I’m sure there is a YouTube about sprouting. My favorite method
is nylon mesh bags to sprout lentils.
