I'll never forget how my late brother, Maurice C. Hans, responded when I
expressed shock at Spiro Agnew's charges of demanding kickbacks from
builders. My brother built Hemisfair Tower, aka Tower of the Americas. He
indignantly said, "How do you think buildings get built?"  I look forward
to Rachel Maddow's book on Agnew, the only Vice President to be forced to
resign.
