[AGL] the check's in the mail

Wife Madelon and I got a check for $2400 in the mail yesterday. This 
doesn't prove that the system or part of the system works, it is just a 
data point. And yes on it on the bottom left under Economic Stimulus 
Payment are these glorious words to fight and die for: President Donald 
J. Trump

Why mail when the Feds put money in my bank account every month? 
Obviously to keep post office delivery people on the job, despite the 
burden of dealing with returned and lost mail as opposed to way more 
efficient electronic deposit. Seems crazy and smart at the same time. I 
wonder at what level that decision was made.
