Thanks for the tip.

Streaming a video on the Internet was initiated by a Cambridge Univ. 
science lab back in the 90s. The camera
was aimed at a coffee maker and a glass pot of coffee in the breakroom 
and refreshed once a minute.
One could watch the level of coffee in the glass pot got up and down. 
Like Bob Dylan phoning the automated  time service in search for the 
meaning of enduring existence.
