Wrong! Biden already has the black vote sewed up, so no need for a 
black. OTOH, he needs to attrack the Sanders/Warren radical crowd who 
will vote for him and pray that Biden dies in office. If he doesnt 
placate that crowd some/many will stay home or vote for Trump as 
happened in 2016.

That's why he will pick Warren for VP.
