With all the blather on television about the Covid-19 there is very little
information about the science involved. Well, in this 15 minute film clip a
scientist explains a lot of it. How it infects, the sliding scale death
rate and what foods help reduce the severity are explored. It is worth a
listen. Demographics matter.
In my own clinical experience with the so-called common cold, whenever I
feel one coming on I eat six pieces of citrus. There is something about
Vitamin C that shortens the time that a cold affects a person. The Vitamin
C in the fruits is more effective than the pill form in my experience. I
typically eat grapefruit for breakfast four times a week and I rarely have
colds.
Best,
Frances

Hi
Again, the news media fails and the Internet
comes to the rescue.
A clear, useful explanation of what a virus
is, how they work and how to prevent and
treat them with some surprising data on
how the coronavirus compares to other viruses.
