[AGL] Where we are now

I believe there are international sanctions regarding refugees that are
similar to our Emergency Room admissions rules. By law people who present
themselves or are brought by emergency vehicles to the ER's must be
treated. I am for exposing the conditions from whence they come and
attempting to do something about those conditions. Like when we liberated
the extermination camps in Germany in defeating Hitler in WWII.
