[AGL] UT builds

[Michael Eisenstadt]

one pic show the construction where the old UT systems building was imploded
recently. UT owns the whole block - the old building to the left is the 
1895 era
US Post Office - which UT owns. the other pic shows on the other side of
Colorado street the 1895 era Travis County Court House - also now owned by
UT. The new blue 20 storey building on the north side of 7th street is 
the new
UT system building. of course UT pays NO property tax.
