[AGL] i'm beginning to figure out the new library

massive and i mean massive RESIDENTIAL towers are going up ACROSS THE 
STREET from the new library, maybe 3000+ apartments.

there is NO public transportation to the new library

kill 2 stones with one pair of scissors.

get rid of the bums at the old library, Guadeloupe & 8th, next to the 2 
bus stops serving many bus routes. get rid of the bus-riding patrons

no parking problem for the new residential tower residents.
