like the Texas rancher who is all hat and no cattle, the new public 
library seems to be all atrium and not much room for books. the most 
notable art piece is an enormous metal cut-out of birds perched ona 
clock. the pendulum of the "clock" swings but doesn't tell any time. no 
time for you, sucker! see a video i took of it and uploaded to YouTube.
