This spreadsheet seems to be Simmons expressing a political opinion. 
Flooding the nation with unassimilable and unvetted foreigners is good. 
Objection to doing so is bad. Population of US in 1963 (=GhettoDaze), 
169 million. Population in 2016, 324 million. We've all noticed the vast 
improvement between then and now.
