Women and their Work, collaborative work, "Thirst". One of millions of Texas trees killed by our persistent drought, installed in suspension above the surface of Lady Bird Lake. It may be seen as a visual question, asking "how am I using/conserving water available to me." This meta-artful event, which touches deep and dramatizes the tension, in that empty space, between the roots and the water...an unmet yearning.
