[AGL] It's amazing!

After three DAYS on the phone to the Phillipines and India I got connected with high speed internet service from Time Warner Cable for $29.99 a month. It is speedy but sure is slooowww to install. I also had to upgrade XP professional to Windows 7 and spend $142. and change to do it.
I am appalled at how incredibly convoluted was the process.
