HRClinton was elected to Senate in her 50s. The mammoths
there were elected in their 30s. So she is too old to accrue
importance in the Senate.

Obama might be a transformative moment in world history. Yes
he serves the Empire but we all do more or less. He with his 
name and skin color and Clinton might be able to pull the thorn 
of Islamic ressentiment which was not a problem during 
the Cold War or not very much. Kissinger redux.

The role of governments world-wide has changed over night. 
The finance industry took home 30% of industrial profits 
before self-destructing by ignoring the housing bubble. 

Citigroup's "value" dropping from ~$750 billion to ~$25 billion
is beginning to make me understand the stock market ;-)

So Obama is already a world-historical punctum in a Hegelian
sense.

So she must have felt very honored and lucky to be offered
State.
