[AGL] re promoting the RagBlog Web site on AGL

Thanks Thorn Dryer,
I like the Rag blog.
It makes interesting alternative reading, supplementing
the political chaos prevalent on the ghetto list.
Doesn´t take up much space either.
Moest opinion.
