Jon,
I didn't put them into a pps slideshowf myself, just forwarding
them from a friend. I do have PowerPoint, just have
never used it. Much more user friendly than a bunch of
individual images but how do you save one of the images
from a Powerpoint file?
The title of the slideshow is Insolite et Drole, insolite
meaning roughly 'unexpected'. Paris insolite is
the title of a picture book of out of the way stuff in Paris
you don't usually see in an ordinary guidebook.
I specially enjoyed the Clorox-type plastic runabout
which some jerk ran headon into a piling splitting it
almost up to the windshield. Also the 3-storey girl doll
with big Manga comic book eyes straddling an elevated
train track. Only in Japan.
