[AGL] 2 ROOMS FOR RENT

Since the children have finally moved, I have more room than I need.  I 
spoke to my broker, who has an even larger home and she rents to those 
who are comfortable with her lifestyle.

I'm about 5 min east of I-35, in what is still known as Pflugerville. 
Its a beautiful home in a well-kept sub-division, with access to a 
wonderful greenbelt that goes "forever". Both rooms are upstairs with 
one bath and large living area which is furnished until my son wants 
his furniture. You furnish your room. And, No, you can't paint it 
purple!
I have a cat.
Pets welcome if clean and well cared for and civil to my cat. Large, 
fenced back yard.
Kitchen privilege 'round the clock.
Must keep "your" areas super clean.
This is a Christian, very private home.  Whatever, or if at all, 
religion; an effort to keep the Ten Commandments is expected. Don't 
misunderstand, your business is yours; mine is mine. If you have the 
misfortune to be a Repug, I'll consider, but chances aren't good, 
unless you can't speak. PEACE RULES!
I SMOKE, but endeavor to keep the home fresh with 2 air filters, plus 
sprays, etc.
  Its $350 + 1/2, or 1/3 of utilities.  I like cold, rarely use the 
heat. Rent is due on time, every time; some barter may be 
considered—such as a master carpenter. First come has choice of rooms 
and you will be consulted before another renter is chosen.
Unfortunately there is no covered parking available, unless its a 
motorcycle. And, I'm cutting off cable today, but all the set-up 
remains in each room, including the living area upstairs.
Background checks will be done.
All this may seem a lot, but 1. It is my home and 2. Why waste my 
breath and time, multiple times.
