Gerry if you're up click on www.whrb.org and listen to Tom's saturday morning
jazz program.

playing Coltrane from Stockholm album, just played a rare Monk recording
made in California.

Tom's accent is straight townie white, how he wound up at the Harvard student radio
station must be a good story. 

Tom's program is followed at 8am by Lynn Joiner's hillbilly at Harvard 
show, also once a week, on Saturday. or Sarrurday as we say.

Lynn has become a crank right wing Limbaugh follower. He is very 
agressive but his taste in country music is impeccable.

i used to do this show with him in 1960 when he was an undergraduate.

47 years later HE IS STILL DOING THE PROGRAM!!!!
