[AGL] Michael Tracy

Yeah folks that was the studio I served coffee on a bike.
Slept on the roof in summer. Kept my cat -reprobate-
Hosted Seminars for the German Department of UT.
Had a studio and darkroom linked to the bath tub.
Had many friends visit etc etc.  Great times.
The the 6th Street boom came and the rent skyrocketet 
from $ 65 a month to $ 2000 within a couple of years. 
I miss the place.
