The concert consists of all of J.S. Bach's arias for solo voice and
obbligato trumpet written during his first cantata cycle at Leipzig
(1723-1724), (specifically those from BWV 75, 76, 147, 77, 90, 70) and
arias for trumpet and soprano from Bach's Cantata 51.
