Frances-- the government no-call list is real enough, what is a hoax is that 
there is a directory of all cell phone numbers available to all callers, 
including commercial entities. That's what I quoted below. Frankly, I would 
be careful about giving my cell-phone number to anyone except for trusted 
friends.
