  I'm not a scorekeeper. I just got really riled up that he would write so dismissively about my driving, what cars I had and how badly I drove them, except for the Mercedes--the implication being that I was a terrible driver and that he deigned to be in the same car with me. That's what set me off, not the lop sided hospitality. I've gotten used to that with Michael.
  Yes, he does have a car but he is careful not to offer to use it when the subject of driving somewhere comes up. Being stingy is forgivable, striking out at someone who is gracious enough to offer one a ride is not.

  I didn't make that effing litany of rides. You did. When I read through your critical summary it became clear to me that the ride favors were a one way street. Such sanctimoniousity! Retch. Every day, more and more, you remind me of Larry David, less the forty four million, of course.
