The only frat that had really good toga parties were the Fijis.

Oh-my-god, Frances. I bet you have never been to a fraternity toga party!

I've put rotten tomatoes into my favorites file, for future reference. I trust what ordinary people say about movies more than I do critics or other industry types practicing hype. PF seemed to me like the very definition of sacrilege. Antipathy to religion was what made it so popular but violence for the sake of violence, shock value, fundamental disrespect for an institution offends me. The military and fraternities were originally established to teach men how to be men however one became "selective" [read: enlist the already civilized who don't need such training] and the other a model for Animal House [read: drunken druggies disrespectfully acting out towards women and society.] Religions were "organized" to discourage "sin" whatever that is thought to be, past and present. Now no one is teaching males how to be men, women are in ascendancy in the education and the professions because women seem to have better instincts for applying themselves to learning and having success in school training for the professions.
I used to brag that, without sin, I will go straight to heaven when I die since I have never had an abortion nor got paid for having sex. I have no regrets about the former.

Borat? Not sure why you found PF reprehensible, but I don't think Borat is the same type of movie (I haven't seen it) It is a comedy, for one thing - but the tomatometer is currently at 92%.
Rotten Tomatoes is an excellent source of movie reviews - usually over 100 of them for each movie.

And Internet Movie Data Base is great for looking up stuff when you can't remember the name of some actor, or want to know what year something was made, etc.

And I just found out that Casino Royale is NOT a remake in the Broccoli tradition, though it was once done as a comedy. It is the first Bond novel that Broccoli ever wrote.

Thanks, Fontaine,
What does the tomatometer register for that B movie Simmons was raving about now showing at the Alamo Drafthouse? Borok, or something like that, is the name. I don't think I'll like it in the same way that I found Pulp Fiction reprehensible.
