I know a refined American woman who has happily ex-pated to Chechoslovacia (sp?) and have another friend who has been camped out in Jamaica ever since the Bush re-annointment. I agree that the Latin American countries would not be good for single women. In South America it is even worse. One woman was killed for her pick up truck. Some places don't value human life as much as others. I have a Russian friend who wants to go for a visit to the homeland and take me along. She says that there I could find a man. Ha! Like I'm lookin'.
