[AGL] Where to live?

I've been to Wales twice, Ireland twice, and Scotland
five times...always bicycling...great places to visit
and live.  Wales was relatively inexpensive.  I spent
three weeks there May-June of 2005.  Scotland is
wonderful.  Inverness is great, Edinburgh is lovely,
and the highlands are impressive.  Don't ride your
bike after visiting a distillery (first hand
knowledge).  I've been there in winter when there was
8 inches of snow on the ground and one year, I played
golf on Christmas eve wearing just a wool sweater and
ski pants... The west of Ireland is where to go, I've
done Dublin (Blooms day), but the west is best. Ring
of Kerry, Ayran Islands, Doolen, Galway...wonderful
places and they don't smoke in the pubs any more.  If
I wanted someplace just with English, those would be
my choices...although the lake district in northern
England is grand.
