I kinda agree with Mike about Kinky being more kinky than inspired, but when you consider the parade of governors "Why the Hell Not?", indeed. I think Bell suffers from the same congressional syndrom that Kerry did--it makes them ponderously unexciting. Kinky is a more polished attention grabber. I was going to allow that I would vote for him second time around in a run off. It'll be interesting to see how the pie slices. What if it is 25% times 4? Nah.
