Randy sent me this Lance Armstrong statement, vis a vis the NPR report this past weekend about LA's 1996 alleged admission of using drugs while recovering from brain surgery in a hospital.

  It looks like other news items show investigations and allegations are on-going into other international bicycling stars usage of performance enhancing drugs.
