Confused I am.

  Igor,
Another winner! I'm off to do phone calling for the Sarah Eckhardt for County Commissioner campaign. If you know anyone who votes in any #200 precinct, they will be able to vote to roust incumbent Karen Sonleitner off the Commissioners Court and be a vote to keep Travis County toll road free.

It's about RIGHT OF WAY, dammit. In Houston the repeated toll booth beat out congestion for interfering with the flow of traffic. It's just another tax, that impacts low income people most. That is despicable. What will conservatives stoop to next?
In Portland I crossed a toll bridge that had stopped taking tolls because the bridge had been paid off.

Well! It's a fine kettle of fish that here the roads proposed for impeding with toll booths are already built and paid for! Let them eat losing!
  Best
  Frances
