[AGL] Erewhon crimes. Who the hell is Erewhon?

Erewhon is an allegorical novel by one Samual Butler written, as I recall, 
in the 18th Century.  It is nowhere, spelled backwards.  Read it in high 
school.

Yeah, and in Erewhon land it is a crime to be ill, whereas criminal activity 
by Erewhonians  is considered a disease and it is compassionately treated. 
Late 19th century. Butler also hated his father inordinately. Read all about 
it in his The Way of all Flesh.
