Winn Pratt according to John Clay, a ballad

In 1991, when I was in Paris, Gilbert Shelton tole me a fascinating
cautionary tale about CIA-like spooks, identity theft and, possibly,
paranoia, in which the name, at least, of Winn Pratt was prominently
featured. Trouble is, as with the "washy, washy, washy in the New Blue
Cheer" joke, I can't remember all of the story. Wonder if Gilbert
can?????????????
