Anyone who knows the littlest bit about mortars knew that fixed installations in a hostile environment are death traps. If the coordinates are known, mortars can be lobbed right down on to a target. If the target is a mess hall (in this case a mere tent), lunch time is a good time to fire. Our country is in the hands of incompetent maniacs.
