Perhaps not. I dont know as I dont live there. So the light is always
on but maybe not always red.

The civilian deaths from suicide bombers totalled 400 in 2002,
200 in 2003, and 53 so far this year.

To change the subject slightly, Tom Friedman made the following
points this week: civil war now rages in Iraq between Sunnis and
American forces. The insurgents have a good supply of suicide
volunteers and unlike the Palestinians, the suiciders are totally
anonymous. They dont leave a video for mom & the family as the
Palestinian suicide bombers do. Again according to Friedman,
the American forces have no clue as to where the insurgents are
getting the suicide volunteers from.
