Everyone likes it. Zane is a REALLY pretty name but just
not that of a woman. That's where the tension lay, it seemed
to me, between Zane, the name, and this woman.

Also that she was married to Coke Dilworth. Coke? It was 
like they were drawn to one another nominally.

Adam Gopnik tells the story that his wife told him years
later that she put off their first date for a week because
of his name. Mrs. Gopnik? Yich!
