<P>Claude Allen was the manager of the building I lived in with Tommy Hall. Claude lived in a nice down-stairs flat, nicely furnished. Tary Owens lived down the hall from Tommy and me upstairs; a woman named Joann who later maried Ramsey lived across the hall from me. I was having a fling with Claude Allen's step-daughter at the time and was always afraid he would come upstairs to "check the premises" or dump into us entering or leaving the building, but I never saw him after I moved in. </P>
