WARNING, HARRY! YOUR COMPUTER MAY BE INFECTED WITH A VIRUS

Harry,

I just went and looked at the agl archive for
today. It has 2 digital files which are undoubtedly
viruses and your email to the list quoted below.

The viruses presumably were sent by a subscriber
because if a non-subscriber posts to agl, the
maillist software automatically flags it to me
to decide what to do with it.

I fail to understand how you were the only one
to receive agl mail today. The list has been
inactive the last few days and I haven't seen
any agl mail today (or yesterday).

Here's a possible explanation:

Unbeknownst to you, you may have a virus in
the email application you are using. I recommend
that you check out your system for viruses.

If there is a virus in your system which is posting
itself to agl, perhaps agl, recognizing it as a virus,
is automatically bouncing it back to you. And
that your provider ev1, also recognizing it a
virus as did agl, is sanitizing it and automatically
sending you a virus warning. If agl is bouncing
it back to you, that would explain why no other
subscriber has received anything.

Ad-Aware is an excellent free utility to do this with

Hope this helps.
