You know, of course, that Kate's father was the official flack/press =
agent for the White Citizen's Counsel. Met him once, at Kate and =
Robert's wedding. Really a creep. Her mother seemed vaguely humanoid, =
but her dad wasn't worth the powder to blow up.

I am not writing to recount sex talk either about her=20

assuming a high and mighty attitude about IT.

PS Googling her various names drew a blank. Her
brother M. Stanton Evans does not have a public
email address or I would have emailed him to ask
if Dorothea was alive. As he is an extreme right
wing columnist and she was a left-leaning=20
Communist and as they were estranged since
adolescent years, he might well not reply to this=20
question or say he doesn't know.
In addition to her master's degree in linguistics from=20
UT she was a graduate of the Cathedral School
in Washington, DC.=20
She worked for many years translating German=20
science articles for Rip Off Ralph MacElroy's=20
translation service. When she finally quit she=20
said she intended to get a job in a Chinese laundry
folding washed underwear.
