I vote for Wayne's Chairman Mao bio. It takes the cake and certainly deserves a prize. Of course, with a couple of frequent-flyer-miles tickets he and Honor could come pick it up in person.

I picked this item up on my recent travels and I have decided to give it away to some lucky Austin ghetto resident. To decide who to give it to I thought a little contest would be in order to decide the lucky winner. The contest would be to write the best short essay on the subject of Marxism (since Chairman Mao was a dedicated Marxist I thought that would be an appropriate subject). No extra points would be given for long, wordy essays so keep it short. And, since no workable definition of accuracy or relevance could be found, accuracy and relevance would not be used in judging the contest. All decisions of the judges are final and may not be appealed in any known or imagined court of law. In the event of no entries or tying entries judgment would be based on previous misconceptions. You can send in as many entries as you want and multiple entries may affect the judge if he is confused enough.
This lovely time piece features an image of the late Chairman Mao done in exquisite detail. His arm waves back and forth in time to the clicking of the seconds. The second hand has a nice little red star that goes round and round. This classic of clunky, industrial age design has a study chrome-plated steel case and a supple imitation leather band. It has the classic old style movement (it's a wind-up). And like Marxism, probably won't last too long. In other words - it is the perfect fashion accessory for the well dressed Marxist.
So get your essay, poem, or dissertation on the subject of Marxism in ASAP. Your friends will be delighted and amazed to see Chairman Mao waving his hand back and forth. Hopefully the winner will have his new time piece to wear to the upcoming ghetto reunion. Free shipping will be provided.
