Non dementia-nal but hot flashy

Connie,

I hope you dont get hot flashes but I will be surprised if
you dont after a few weeks when the Prempro is entirely 
gone from your system. If you DO get hot flashes, it will
probably take the better part of year before they stop
(going on the experience of my sister-in-law).

HOWEVER, if the hot flashes get you down, there is a 
sneaky fix for this, discovered by our friend Jan D.

She discovered that if you take the Prempro every other
day, and then every third day, the hot flashes cease.
And you will have reduced your intake of the med by
50% or even 66%.

On the issue of bone density, my roommate (using 
HRT) and her identical twin sister (NOT using
HRT) took bone density tests at roughly the same
time. The difference was palpable: 107% of normal
bone density for that age versus 94% of normal 
for that age.

'Tis a complicated issue.
