Sati asked if I remembered Hamad Al-Hawas. I didnt catch the name
correctly when he said it, I thought he was saying Howard
Ha... something, some Anglo name.

Do you remember anything more about Al-Hawas? Interesting
that Sati remembered him after 40 years and wondered
whether I did too.

Unlike most of the other Saudis who were studying petroleum
engineering, Sati majored in math.

I do remember someone pointing out one of the Saudis and
identifying him as from the Mukhabarat sent to Austin to
keep an eye on the lads.

On a related subject, a lady friend of mine (and Wayne Johnson's)
once told me she was much given over to tickling the pickles
of the Arabs who hung out in the Chuck Wagon
