This site organizes tours of various eye-sights in big
Houston: Featuring the Houston Art Car event/parades
and other art-eye-candy (Extreme Homes and European
Tours sound intriguing), this is happening stuff.

I don't get to Houston often but the art makes it
irresistable--if you're thinking up things to do in
retirement. Who needs to go abroad? Fort Worth is tied
with San Antonio for second place in Art, in my Exxon*
opinion, but Houston rules.

Still high from the First Art Car Parade and The
Austin Fine Arts Festival (previously known as the
Laguna Gloria Art Fiesta) held today and Sunday.
